General
Â
The intended use of ZX-P3-06 is to improve the dispersion of solid wax crystals in diesel and lightly heated oils when stored below the turbidity point. This can be achieved by further reducing the size of the wax crystals and preventing the wax crystals from condensing. In dispersion tests, ZX-P3-06 improves diesel performance. ZX-P3-06 is designed for use in combination with middle distillate flow improvers. CFPP improvments can often be achieved when combined with traditional flow improvers.

Â
Application
Â
Solubility (at 30 ℃)
Soluble in aromatic agents (e.g., xylene, naphtha). For kerosene, stability testing is recommended.
Â
Storage
It is recommended to store at 40-50 °C. After long-term storage at low temperatures, the product should be homogenized.
Â
Dosage Rate
When combined with middle distillate flow improvers, effective dose rates are typically in the 150-500 ppm range. The required dose rate depends heavily on the characteristics of the intermediate distillate to be treated.
Â
Field of application
ZX-P3-06 is designed for use in premium winter oils. Given its wide range of activity, it can be used in a wide range of oils, including middle distillates with a narrow boiling range characteristic of 70-100 °C (90-20) % -DT values and (FBP-90%) -DT of 17-25°C, as well as in a wider range of distillates. Where (90-20) % -DT values are 100-120 °C and FBP below 380 °C (ASTM D 86 distillation). ZX-P3-06 has excellent solubility, as evidenced by its neutral effect on room temperature filterability
Â
Blending temperature
Due to its good solubility, ZX-P3-06 is added without dilution at diesel temperatures as low as 0 °C. At lower temperatures, it is recommended to dilute with naphtha (1:1 to 1:3 ratio). When the additive is injected, the middle fraction should be at least 10 °C above its cloud point.
Â
Safety and handling
The product is intended for technical use only. Avoid physical contact. Please wear protective gloves and goggles. During transport in the tanker, the product is heated to temperatures of up to 60 °C (140 °F), which can cause burns if splashed on skin. If the material spills on the skin, it should be removed with soap and plenty of water. If it spills into your eyes, rinse it off with plenty of water.
Keep the container closed when not in use. Avoid contact with water. Stay away from sparks and open flames. Don't smoke. Empty containers may contain gases that, if mixed with air, can form explosive mixtures.
