1. What steel material do you use:
As per customers’ request: 1.2343, 1.2379, 1.2083, 1.2344, 1.2767, 1.2842, H13, V4, S600, K110, W300, BeCu. All these material are frequently used for custom mold component manufacturing in our factory.
2. Are these material good enough:
Yes, they are imported materials from ASSAB, Bohler, Swiss Steel.
Material certificate is always available.
3. How many days it will take for the shipment:
Mostly it will be 4 days to ship these mold components from our factory to your plant, by DHL.
4. What will you do to prevent the rust on mold components :
We will clean the mold parts before packing, covered with anti-rust oils and air-proof films, so that these non-standard mold parts will be isolated from the outer space.
5. Do you also build whole set mold:
Yes, sometimes we also help molding company customers to design and build whole set plastic injection mold.
